- Not all immigration agents wear vests that say ICE.
- Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents are not ICE agents. They work for Homeland Security but are also authorized to enforce immigration law.
- U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) falls under Homeland Security.
